

Our Luxurious Grass fed Beef ribeye is something that is our favorite cut of Beef. Cooked on the bone over high heat to caramelised the exterior is a beautiful thing to watch. The addition of the bone adds to the flavour and makes a great mouth watering morsel to be cleaned by the true connoisseur to the envy of those watching on. Cooked on the bone, your thick rib eye remains juicy, tender and full of flavour.
Cooking instructions
Cook rib eye steak on a BBQ or cast-iron pan. Season it well with salt and Ā pepper to you preference. Make sure your rib eye is out of the fridge and at room temperature before you begin cooking. Once you have caramelised you steak and the internal temp is at 55 degrees Celsius for medium rare and 65 ā 60 - 65 for medium and if you want well done choose another piece of meat like rump. Remember to let your steak rest so the moisture redistributes throughout the meat. and deliver a juicy tender bite.
