Refund and Return Policies

At BBQ Delicious we strive to provide you with the best quality product. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and sort it for you. Please note, all of our products are labelled with a production date. It is recommended the product is consumed 5 days from production date. (This does not apply to products delivered frozen)

We do not provide refunds under the circumstances below;

if the claim is not made within 24 hours of the product being delivered
if the fresh product has been frozen after receipt of them 
if the product has been stored incorrectly
consumed outside of the recommended consumption time

If your refund is approved, we will provide you with a voucher for the same amount of the purchase cost.

REFUND OF ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
Due to the high demand of our products, sometimes we may sell out of the item you requested in your order. If this happens, you will be notified by email or phone call. We will refund this item from your order.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or a change of mind on product. If there is a problem with a product, please refer to our 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
As all our products are freshly made and delivered within 24 hours of ordering, we do not provide a refund if you change your mind in relation to the order. 

REDELIVERIES  
If you are not home at time of delivery, and you have not specified that we can leave your delivery outside, we will need to organise a new delivery day. This will incur a $20 fee for redelivery for Metro Melbourne area (no redeliveries for Outer Melbourne & Victorian Country).
