We want your BBQ experience to be as smooth as your favourite sauce. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get our goods to your grill.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Melbourne and Greater Melbourne. Unfortunately, we do not offer nationally or international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Days
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (Public holidays excluded)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
(Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.)
What if I am not home when the delivery is scheduled?
We will by prior arrangement leave the delivery at your front door or a previously agreed place easy to access on your property. Once your package have been delivered it is your responsibility to collect and refrigerate the products. If you are unable to be at home to receive the delivery and wish us to take it to our storage and deliver the following day, it will incur a delivery fee of $20.
Can I cancel my order?
No, as our products are perishable and delivered fresh within 24 hours, once you have placed your order it can not be cancelled. Please consider before ordering.
Do you still deliver on really hot days?
Yes we deliver all times specified in the delivery schedule. We would ask you to coordinate a time when someone is home to receive the product or pre arrange a place to leave the chill-carton away from direct sunlight. All are products are delivered in refrigerated vehicles.
