Ingredients:
1 kg thawed octopus
3 crushed cloves of garlic
1/2 chopped red onion
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 juice of a lemon
200 ml of pinot noir or your favorite white wine
50 ml of red wine vinegar
500 ml water
Salt and pepper to season
Use the rest of the lemon and fresh parsley or coriander for decoration
Mix garlic, onion, oregano, vinegar, pinot noir, water, salt and pepper.
Pour this mix over the octopus and put in the oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then Grill on an hot BBQ (Flame the octopus if possible) for no more than 2 minutes to char the outside.
Decorate the octopus with lemon, fresh parsley or coriander.
