Our beef is sustainably raised, and as with the slow food movement, we recommend that we eat less but better-quality beef.
Our grass-fed beef is better for you, it is not fattened on grain and therefore generally contains more nutrients and less unhealthy fats. Grass fed Beef is higher in vitamins and antioxidants with double the amount of omega3 fatty acids. Grass Feed beef also has the lowest food miles from the paddock to your plate.

Our suppliers are Victorian and Southern Highland Range multi generational Farmers who are focused on sustainable practices and use traditional farming methods and improved practices to produce the best produce they can.
We are fortunate enough to have some of the best beef in the world at our backdoor along with some of the best pasture fed lamb. We have a supply chain the is robust and is inspected and managed by a strong regulatory system run by the government. This ensures you can have confidence in the health and quality of your produce. -

Our production facility is brand new and is equiped with state of the art temperature controlled working zones and the latest freezing and Refridgeration technology. The working environment is spacious and easy to maintain. It exceeds all health and safety standards and provides for the best possible quality of produce for our customers.

All movement and production of goods is strictly monitored as per Australian Prime Safe Regulations. All products arrive in, are stored and processed in temperature controlled environments. They are also delivered to your door in temperature controlled vehicles. The business undergoes bi daily checks and monitoring of plant and equipment working surfaces and hygiene practices ensuring only the best quality product arrives at your door.
