    The Boston Butt is the part of the pork shoulder. The shoulder is divided into two cuts the picnic cut and the pork butt cut, also known as the Boston butt. The pork shoulder is a great piece of meat for creating pulled pork.

    Cooking Instructions
    Pork shoulder is best cooked long and slow. It tenderises the meat and breaks down and melts the fat. A mix of vinegar, apple juice or beer is ideal. Cook the Pork for 6-7 hours at a temperature of 1 It is a good idea to give your pork your favourite rub to protect the meat from drying out. 20c.Ā
