Cooking U6 to U8 Jumbo Prawns
There are many way to cook your prawns, my three favourite ways to cook them are:
1. Add them to heavily salted boiling water for two and a half minutes and then plunge them into ice. Then dip them into your favourite dressing.
2. Peel back the shell from the head to the beginning of the tail and add garlic oregano and olive oil and pan fry.
3. Leave them in the shell salt them and add olive oil garlic and oregano and cook the over the grill/BBQ.
