Our Story
At BBQ Delicious we specialise in Sustainable premium Australian meat and Seafood. We use our 40 years of experience from the paddock to the plate working directly with farmers chooseing the best of Beef and Seafood to supply some of the top chefs in Melbourne and now we bring it to you.
We offer our Grass Fed Beef, “Black Whitely”. We also offer some of Australia’s best pasture feed lamb, free range pork, free-range chicken. (we do not specialise in poultry and offer it as a convience for our customers only)

History of the BBQ
The name Barbeque originated in the islands of the Caribbean Sea. Spanish explorers led by Christopher Columbus, found Native Americans, slow smoking meats in the land he called Hispaniola. These Taino-Arawak and Caribbean natives used green wood to smoke meat over indirect heat.
The word barbecue comes from the language of a Caribbean Indian tribe called the Taino. Their word for grilling on a raised wooden platform is barbacoa. The word first appeared in print in a Spanish explorer's account of the West Indies in 1526. (Ref: Planet Barbecue)
This long-loved tradition is carried out by many of us everywhere, all over the world and it has been part of my family’s tradition to share a table with our friends to the sweet smell of roasting food.
