A celebration special for all occasions. Nothing better than a serving of pork loin with crackling and apple sauce or gravy, yum.
Cooking Instructions.
Make sure the skin is dry and rub your pork roast with salt and place in the fridge to dry further for two hours.(or over night if you have time.) Place in an oven of 220 degree for the first 20 minutes and then turn it down to 180 c for the following 35 minutes. The internal temperature should be 63 degrees celsius and then rest before carving. Enjoy!
