Our free range classic pork chop on the bone is a real treat. My favourite way to eat it is marinated with your favourite fruit and grilled.
Cooking Instructions
Prepare your Pork Chop by marinading it in your favourite flavours for two hours. Season it and trickle olive on the meat and place on a hot grill. It will cook quickly. Turn it over once and back twice to get the criss cross grill marks that caramelise the meat and give a good char. Cook until internal temp is 62c.
