    Lamb cutlets are a delicious piece of lamb and are extremely versatile, you can crumb them, herb crust them or just enjoy them grilled medium to rare perfection. 

    Cooking Instructions
    Heat the BBQ or pan until it is hot. Season the lamb with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 4 minutes one side and three the other. Let the cutlet rest for 5 minute before serving.
