Pasture Feed Lamb Square Cut Shoulder (Approx. 2.5 kg.)

A square cut lamb shoulder is our favorite cut of lamb for slow cooking. Definitely best cooked on the bone. This flavorful cut of lamb make delicious, comforting dishes served in is own juices. 

Cooking Instructions
This is a perfect cut for slow cooking, simply place the lamb on a roasting tray or on the grill in your smokers at a temperature of 160c. Cook it for 3 hours or until tender so the meat is falling off the bone. Remember to season well with salt and pepper, coat with olive oil and ad rosemary and thyme.
