Cooking instructions
Stuff crushed garlic cloves into the meat and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Give it a good rub with olive oil and pop into the oven or smoker at 110 c for 4 hours. Finishing temperature should be 75-79 c. Don't for get the baked veggies and gravy.
