
Everyone loves a good Kofta, a flavoursome bite of the eastern Mediterranean and every lamb loving Aussie. When they are fresh off the hot grill they are irresistible. Koftas are so flexible and can be served with so many things, one of my favourites is a tabouli and a squeeze of lemon.
Cooking instructions
Cook your Koftas on the grill or the flat plate with a little olive oil, turning to brown. They will be cooked at 63c. Do not over cook them as they will dry out. Although not necessary you can make your favourite baste and spray them to keep them moist.
