Cooking Instructions
Chuck steak is best cooked slowly as it is a working muscle that comes from the shoulder of the cow. It will become juicer and more tender the longer you cook it. If you are going to roast the chuck you should first sear it in a pan and then slow cook it in your choice of curry or in the smoker.
