Cooking Instructions
We recommend you cook the beef scotch fillets over the BBQ, in the smoker or in the oven at 200. Season with salt and pepper some olive oil and your favourite herbs blend. Cook it for 20 minutes per 500 grams. When it reachers a medium temperature of 60c it is perfectly medium rare. Remember to let your steak rest so the moisture redistributes throughout the meat. and deliver a juicy tender bite.
