
Our grass-fed rump steak is full of flavour and is perfect for a multitude of recipes and BBQ favourites. This thick steak can be enjoyed as is or sliced into thin strips to suit any beef recipe, such as kebabs, steak sandwich, Korean BBQ or hot pot.
Cooking Instructions
Rump steak needs to be seared and cooked quickly on the BBQ. If you have a hot plate consider searing it before placing it over the flame. Remember to let your steak rest so the moisture redistributes throughout the meat. and deliver a juicy tender bite.
