    Our free range chickens enjoy the great outdoors and are full of flavour.  

    Cooking Instructions
    You can cook your chicken many ways. The family favourite is in the oven at 180c . When the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75c it should be removed from the oven and allowed to rest for 5 minutes for the juices to rebalance through the bird. Then carve and enjoy.
