Pork Neck also known as collar butt or pork scotch. It is from the neck of the pig. This cut melts in your mouth, it is a tender piece of pork. Ideal for roasting, slow cooking and casseroles.
Cooking Instructions
If you are a fan of shredded meat then this is a great pork cut for you. Cook in the smoker or oven for 4 and half hours until the internal temperature is 95c and let stand for 15 minutes and then shred away. Great for wraps, rolls and tacos. Remember to ad you favourite seasoning.
