Pork Belly is the cut of meat that remains after the loin and spareribs are removed. Our free range pork belly is succulent and rich in flavour and can be served in many ways. It is a versatile piece of meat and can be cooked in a very hot oven slow roasted at 160c until is perfectly tender.
Cooking Instructions
Cook at 160c for 2 hours and then turn up the heat to 200c for the last 30 minutes to crisp up the crackling. Yum.
