Danish Sausage (Medisterpoelse), Free Range Pork (Approx. 1 kg.)

If you are a lover of good quality pork sausage then this one is a must. The Danes know their pork and this is the traditional pork sausage cooked over the BBQ or in a pan inside is mouth watering goodness, you will not be disappointed. 

Cooking instructions
I brown it quickly on both sides in the frying pan, then finish it off in the oven.  It’ll take about 20 minutes at 200c  Treat it like a good Cumberland sausage and serve with boiled baby  or mashed potatoes, with cooked red cabbage or fried onions. I enjoy some mustard with my sausage.
