Cooking instructions
I brown it quickly on both sides in the frying pan, then finish it off in the oven. It’ll take about 20 minutes at 200c Treat it like a good Cumberland sausage and serve with boiled baby or mashed potatoes, with cooked red cabbage or fried onions. I enjoy some mustard with my sausage.
