Paul's Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
3 table spoons of good quality real egg mayonnaise
1 table spoon of Ketchup
1 Clove crushed garlic
Juice from 1/4 Lemon
Salt
Pepper

    Directions

    Mix all the ingredients and ad salt and pepper to taste.

    You can adjust the sweetness and the colour of the dressing by adding more ketchup.
