Ingredients U8 (large Prawns) Australian Tiger Prawns. We recommend 2 per person
Salt
Peper
Oregano
Olive oil
Crushed garlic (one clove per prawn)
Butter.
Directions
Trim the antenna off and peel the prawn from the head to the tail.
be sure to leave the tail on.
Run a small sharp knife down the spine of the prawn and remove the
waste shoot.
Marinate the prawn with minced garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Sprinkle the prawn with dry oregano.
Place some butter on the grill and then the prawn on the grill and cook for 2 minutes per side.
